First time going to a hairdresser and Hannah who cut my hair did a wonderful job. Explained everything, was friendly and welcoming. I didn't realise how bad of a state my hair was in and she did what she could to keep most of the length. Really happy with how it turned out it feels thicker and alot healthier now.

I had a haircut done by Amanda today, I definitely recommend them! I was bored of my bob-cut, it was dull and lifeless. Amanda listened to my concerns and made sure she checked with me along the way. She was clear on what could be done at this time and recommended a follow up - which I will be pleased to have with her! Besides knowledgeable and professional, she is also a very pleasant individual, I left the salon feeling cared for, it was overall a great experience! The salon has a lovely decor, is very clean, and everyone there today was nice and friendly. Thank you Amanda and team!💞

Absolutely amazing, kind people who work at Arcana! Can not thank them enough for what they did today! My beautiful daughter cut her long hair to donate to the little Princess trust, and Arcana kindly cut her hair for free! They have done such an amazing job and my daughter is so happy with her new look! Thank you again!
